As a key member of our team, you will act as a legal business partner to our Innovation and Commercial teams, providing legal services for Commercial, Procurement, Intellectual Property, and Data Protection matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality legal advice to your business areas, having regard to the need for appropriate management of corporate legal risk and delivery of legal services to the company.
  • Proactively identify and undertake activity to meet strategic business plans and company performance targets.
  • Consider any forthcoming changes in legal or regulatory requirements which could impact the business (either positively or negatively).
  • Proactively consider strategic/policy objectives of the company with a view to influencing key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure customers' needs are at the heart of all advice and decisions.

Requirements

  • A qualified professional with extensive industry experience providing legal services across a broad range of non-contentious matters.
