Job Title: Senior Account ExecutiveWe are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our New Business People sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Access People solutions
- Use CRM to generate new business and cross-sell opportunities, and be comfortable with the social selling approach
- Create and maintain a solid pipeline of prospects, and be able to discuss them confidently
- Attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas, and attend meetings in support of other salespeople
- Provide the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to customers
- Respond to inquiries quickly, and provide feedback to improve team performance
- Proven success in a B2B sales role, specifically within HCM or Learning software
- Comfortable presenting to groups in person or virtually, and able to work effectively as part of a small team
- Able to work on own initiative, self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, and written
- Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients
- Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself and the team
- Acts with integrity, loyalty, and honesty
- Remain calm and polite at all times, even under intense pressure
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Full UK driving licence
