About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Administrator to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for transforming our workflow, setting the standard, and working with stakeholders to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with 3rd party brands to outsource and upload sourced digital content
  • Liaise with the Commercial Team and other departments to source and organize product content
  • Support 3rd party brands with EDI portal
  • QC assets uploaded to the portal
  • Maintain all data and information for digital content tracking
  • Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the Senior Workflow Coordinator
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
  • Updating internal systems where needed by liaising with 3rd party suppliers and internal buyers
