Electrician Job in West London

Skilled Careers is seeking a qualified Electrician to join their team in West London. As a leading social housing outfit, they are looking for an experienced Electrician to conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
  • Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3
  • 18th Edition
  • 2391 - Test and Inspection (preferred)
  • Experience working in social housing or similar environments.
