Senior Block Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Block Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Senior Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sizeable portfolio of properties, including commercial and residential leases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including commercial and residential leases
  • Administer Section 20 Notices and management accounts
  • Liaise with clients, leaseholders, and contractors on a regular basis
  • Arrange repairs, prepare budgets, and perform general office administration
  • Attend AGMs and meet with customers to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Significant previous experience in block property management
  • Administration of Section 20 Notices
  • ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification preferable
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and considered under pressure
  • Superb organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused with an ability to build relationships
  • Willingness to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
  • Full UK driving licence and car owner
