Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Continuity & Resilience Advisor to join our team at Access Computer Consulting Plc. This role will be conducted in a hybrid model, combining both remote work and in-office collaboration.

The selected candidate will be required to operate through an umbrella company due to the nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess a professional qualification in Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Continuity program that aligns with ISO22301 standards or a resilience framework consistent with ISO22316 within a corporate or highly regulated setting.
  • Engage with stakeholders effectively, identifying key individuals and building strong relationships to achieve business goals and outcomes.
  • Support business continuity and resilience assessments, audits, and reviews, monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of best practices in enterprise resilience and business continuity.
  • Apply knowledge of relevant standards, frameworks, and guidelines in Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity, and Emergency Management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business continuity and resilience practices, with the ability to navigate complex environments and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
