About the Role:
Acorn by Synergie is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive individual to take on the role of Team Leader within the Food Manufacturing sector. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is both people-oriented and detail-driven, capable of managing production schedules and shifts effectively.
As a key player in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector, our organization is dedicated to delivering top-notch food products that surpass customer expectations. With ongoing growth and development, we are in search of a Team Leader who can effectively guide and inspire our team to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of production personnel and oversee daily operations.
* Develop and execute production schedules to align with demand and deadlines.
* Monitor and analyze production metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently.
* Maintain precise inventory levels and manage stock rotation efficiently.
* Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless production workflows.
* Conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members.
* Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
* Identify training requirements and offer coaching and support to team members.
* Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality within the production process.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in food manufacturing, with a solid background in team leadership.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including HACCP and food safety regulations.
* Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret production data and make informed decisions.
* Well-organized with exceptional time-management skills, capable of managing production schedules effectively.
* Experience in managing shift patterns and overseeing shift workers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
* A hands-on approach with a willingness to work alongside the production team when necessary.
* Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
* Ability to multitask and manage various priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree or diploma in Food Science, Manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changes in production demands and schedules.

* Monday to Friday shifts, rotating weekly between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
