Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and shape new digital opportunities across our full services portfolio.
  • Present digital concepts to executive and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Work with multi-skilled teams to deliver projects across a range of onsite and offsite digital services and technical platforms.
  • Develop and deploy a clear strategy to sell enterprise innovation, Xerox Digital Services portfolio, to existing and new clients.
  • Plan and manage aligned accounts and/or sectors to evaluate the account base, develop new opportunities, and create unique solutions against competitive presence.
  • Consult as a subject matter expert, articulating and presenting the complete value proposition to executive-level decision makers.
  • Align client business objectives with our entire portfolio of offerings.
  • Develop new innovative and existing solutions to meet specific client requirements, using and/or overseeing required solutioning, pricing, and contract assembly tools.
  • Foster and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with management, peers, support personnel, and customers.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working on client-facing project statements of work.
  • A software history within your career, whether educational or experiential, as a business analyst, technical presales, customer success, programmer, or solution architect.
  • A working history with data, able to express how you've used data to design service ideas or concepts for customers, helped customers define requirements involving data models and services, and translated between tech and customer business user language.
  • Comfortable engaging in high-level software architecture conversations and translating complex technical SOWs into simple executive briefings.
  • Experience with Intelligent Process Automation, content and document management, workflow, and Automation Services, including RPA and A.I.
  • A level of project management experience, perhaps Prince 2, Agile, or programme management, with certifications desirable but not mandatory.
  • Deep comfort in formal presentation settings and direct sales experience or customer success/technical presales experience, with net new business signings as a KPI.
  • Evidence of thought leadership experience, such as LinkedIn content, coaching, event speaking, or forum leadership, is a plus.
Preferred Sector Experience
  • Experience in retail consumer client projects, such as Retail Banking, Insurance high street, or online retail, is desirable.
  • Financial sector knowledge, including GDPR, KYC, AML, data protection, and privacy, is a plus.
  • Curiosity, asking the five whys or the 'dumb' question, is enjoyable.
  • Ability to translate between tech speak and customer business speak.
  • Team building skills, bringing together a cross-functional team, focusing them around a clear brief, and engineering a positive co-creation spirit.
  • Location flexibility, with 2 days per week on-site with customers or in Xerox locations across the UK.
