**Candidates must possess a QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care to be eligible for this position.**
Key Responsibilities of the Care Supervisor include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of care services, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents.
- Maintaining high standards of care that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Mentoring and guiding new and less experienced staff members in their roles.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in managing a team within a care home or similar setting.
- In-depth knowledge of medication management protocols.
- Capability to create and manage staff schedules effectively.
- Understanding of person-centered care principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
In return for your dedication and expertise, the successful Care Supervisor will receive a competitive salary of £30,571 per annum. This is a permanent, full-time position with a focus on day shifts. Additional benefits include:
