Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Collaborating with compliance teams to uphold organizational standards and legal obligations.
- Creating initiatives that foster positive employee relations and workplace culture.
- Overseeing employee compensation and benefits, including leave entitlements and other financial considerations.
- Preparing and presenting compensation analysis reports to senior management.
- Advocating for workplace equality and promoting health and safety practices.
- Ensuring that all HR policies align with national legislation and industry standards.
- Managing sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Inputting payroll data into the company’s HR management system.
- Issuing necessary tax documentation and addressing payroll inquiries from staff.
- Maintaining up-to-date and compliant HR policies and procedures.
- Calculating and processing tax and national insurance contributions.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of HR legal frameworks and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
