We are seeking a dedicated Luxury Residential Concierge to manage operations at a prestigious residential development.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in luxury property management, along with strong communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual with hands-on experience and a background in team leadership, as you will oversee a concierge team.

Your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional customer service for all residents, guests, and contractors. Building rapport with residents while maintaining professionalism and respect is essential.

Working Hours: 14:00 - 20:00, on a 4 on 4 off schedule, with shifts lasting 6 hours.

Compensation: £12.02 per hour (Permanent position)

Location: East London

The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in residential property management or a similar role
  • Experience in team management and overseeing contractors
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of fire safety, health regulations, and security protocols
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and serve as the primary contact for any incidents or issues
  • Welcome residents and respond to inquiries via phone or in person
  • Ensure the security of residents and the property, including monitoring CCTV
  • Control key issuance and maintain accurate records
  • Comply with management contracts and service standards
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and report findings
  • Oversee the reception of deliveries and ensure proper handling
