Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and caring Care Support Specialist to join our team in the Great Yarmouth area. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our customers, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring customers' nutritional needs are met
- Perform general domestic tasks, including cleaning and laundry
- Administer medication, based on your training level
- Maintain accurate records of care and medication
- Support customers with delegated healthcare tasks, such as skin integrity, wound healing, and diabetes management
- Valid driving license and access to own vehicle (preferable for providing care in the Beccles area)
- Previous care experience is beneficial, but not essential
