As an independent entity associated with Worcestershire County Cricket Club, the Worcestershire Cricket Foundation functions as a charitable organization dedicated to the principle of 'Cricket for All'. Our mission is to leverage the sport of cricket to create opportunities for individuals across diverse communities, ensuring that the game is both accessible and enjoyable for everyone. We achieve this through a dedicated team that designs and implements a variety of community programs throughout Worcestershire and the Black Country, engaging thousands of participants annually.

Role of the Chief Executive Officer

This pivotal leadership role within our organization is centered on overseeing, mentoring, and guiding a team of 15 full-time employees (with 3 direct reports) to ensure the successful execution of the Foundation's strategic goals. This position encompasses comprehensive business leadership responsibilities, including oversight of financial performance, marketing strategies, human resources, fundraising initiatives, and legal compliance. The CEO will collaborate closely with the Board of Trustees to facilitate the Foundation's growth and enhance its community impact. As we finalize a strategic plan for the next five years, the CEO will be instrumental in both its completion and implementation, aligning with broader cricket initiatives.
