Job Summary
HRC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Care and Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to vulnerable adults in the Scottish Borders.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote independence and encourage service users to achieve their own personal outcomes
- Accompany and participate in meaningful activities such as community involvement and relationship building exercises
- Help service users access leisure and social opportunities
- Update care plans accordingly
