About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation and Benefits Lead to join our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our EPR programme, driving transformation and benefits realisation across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and deliver outcomes that enable successful delivery of intended benefits
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff across the Trust and AHA
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to drive change and achieve benefits
  • Provide strategic advice to leaders on operational and strategic risks and issues
  • Balance competing priorities and meet personal and EPR targets within a fluctuating and demanding workload
Requirements
  • Masters degree level, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Post Graduate qualification in health informatics, Programme or Project Management or Information Technology
  • Prince2 Practitioner or other project management qualification
  • Change Management qualification
  • Experience of working in large complex organisations, with significant experience of advising leaders and presenting in a clear and concise way
  • Previous NHS or Healthcare experience, with the ability to understand complex problems and analyse and document workflows and current practice
