Job Title: Admin Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin Team Leader to join our Transformation Unit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing managerial and administrative support to the GI Unit team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide line management to administration staff, including monitoring attendance, productivity, and training needs.
  • Organize departmental team meetings, produce agendas, and minutes, and ensure actions are completed on time.
  • Administer the Endoscopy User Group, Endoscopy DMT, and GI Unit Specialty Meetings, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining action logs.
  • Support the Department Coordinator and provide cover during leave.
  • Work closely with Consultants, junior medical staff, and other professionals to achieve best practice and minimize interruptions to service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Achieved grades/experience in administration and management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
