About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires you to be mobile and happy to travel to other sites. As a Group Senior HR Business Partner, you will take ownership of the UK HR operational and strategic aspects of our global product company. You will be responsible for managing a small team of HR colleagues and providing best practice HR Business Partner services in a busy HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior management staff across the group
  • Develop and implement HR strategy, improvement projects, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage employee relations and change management, including planning and project management
  • Support all levels of management and provide remote support to multi-site organisations
  • Deliver employee training and coaching, and provide guidance on talent management
Requirements
  • Degree level qualification in a related discipline
  • CIPD level 5 or above (or working towards)
  • Proven track record of providing best practice HR Business Partner services in a busy HR environment
  • Strong background in employee relations and change management
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice
