Role Overview:
This position is a full-time role focused on quality management within our operations. As a key player in our team, you will oversee the systems that ensure our production processes are efficient and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance operational systems to facilitate effective, data-driven management.
  • Ensure that all operational aspects are adequately staffed and scheduled to meet production and quality targets while adhering to legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a motivated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Set performance standards and monitor team effectiveness.
  • Engage with site activities and contribute to the local community.
  • Collaborate with global networks to identify and implement best practices.
  • Identify and address system faults in collaboration with supply chain specialists.
  • Analyze data and interpret results to inform decision-making.
  • Organize daily team tasks, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Maintain training programs and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  • Develop long-term strategic plans for resource management and team development.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in people management within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Familiarity with methodologies such as Total Performance Management, Integrated Lean Six Sigma, or Integrated Work Systems is advantageous. Experience with digital tools is preferred but not mandatory. A solid understanding of quality standards and their impact on production is essential.
