We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our EMEA team's creative efforts, focusing on the Northern Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing innovative, experiential marketing campaigns with exceptional project management skills.

Key deliverables will include:

  • 'Out of home' creative projects that deliver engaging experiences to customers and drive brand awareness
  • Commercial brand projects that drive revenue

Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in our Central London offices. We operate a hybrid model with 2-3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a creative, experiential strategy in line with the broader EMEA strategy
  • Independently manage the creative process to ensure exceptional creative quality
  • Execute innovative and world-class experiential projects from ideation and design through to delivery in-store
  • Lead as a brand expert and protect brand image across all channels
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure quality projects
  • Manage planograms and assortments across all experiential projects
  • Drive the EMEA team to be first to market with best-in-class retail concepts

  • High attention to detail and project management skills
  • Ability to travel within Europe
