We Are With You is seeking a skilled Recovery Worker to join our Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting service users at the beginning of their treatment journey within our BCP treatment system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify service users' needs and goals
  • Manage a caseload of service users, providing regular support and guidance to help them achieve their personalized objectives
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account individual risk management and harm minimization strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver psychosocial interventions, including workshops and preparation and aftercare planning for referrals to detoxification programs and residential rehabilitation
