Sanderson is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales invoices and applications in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and update cash flow records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Perform credit control duties, including chasing outstanding payments
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
  • Forecast and manage payments, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Conduct month-end reconciliations and debtor reviews, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • AAT qualified or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in finance, with a strong understanding of financial processes
  • Excellent numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
