Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the hospitality, retail, and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair EPOS and IT systems
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) tasks for EPOS and IT devices
  • Install and configure network hardware and software
  • Provide on-site support services for EPOS, IT, and network/communications infrastructure, hardware, and software
  • Complete timely and accurate paperwork
  • Cable infrastructure (Cat5, Cat6, Wireless, etc.)
  • Interact with customers and communicate effectively

Requirements:

  • Full driver's license and comfort with extensive travel
  • Full 5-year DBS checkable history
  • Ability to use standard Microsoft Windows and Office products
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility, reliability, tolerance, and energy
  • Passion for technology and providing exceptional customer service

Working Conditions:

This is a field-based role, and you will be required to travel extensively throughout South England. You will be based from home and will need to travel as required by the company, including overnight stays away from home.
