Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Operate the Opera PMS system, ensuring accurate and efficient management of guest information and hotel operations
- Work collaboratively with the front office team to maintain a high level of service quality and guest satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Working knowledge of Opera PMS system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Confident and engaging personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
