Main Job Purpose:

As a key member of the IT Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of strategic programs for IT Procurement. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Procurement lead in driving the tactical and strategic sourcing of IT goods and services for the portfolio of IT Application, Software, User, and Infrastructure services & Telecoms.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support the delivery of strategic programs for IT Procurement.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders and lead sourcing activities for projects.
  • Partner with suppliers to drive commercial value and ensure compliance with global strategies and contracts.
  • Work closely with the Procurement Centre of Excellence to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Support the implementation of global projects in the clusters and ensure alignment with the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan and Responsible Sourcing.
Supplier Relationship Management:
  • Identify and assess suppliers for assigned portfolio and site clusters.
  • Manage supplier selection processes using standardized templates and tools.
  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance data to drive improvement.
General:
  • Engage key stakeholders to develop a strong stakeholder network.
  • Drive best-in-class business processes and tools, including eAuctions and catalogs.
  • Communicate supply agreements and commercial terms to operational teams.
  • Source and negotiate goods or services above €10k for assigned spend and site clusters.
Professional Skills:
  • Strong commercial negotiation and contracting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT markets and suppliers' market models.
  • Excellent working knowledge of professional sourcing methodologies and processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage procurement projects with minimal supervision.
  • Track record of building stakeholder relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and geographic locations.
Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Procurement, preferably with experience in managing supplier contracts and delivering savings targets.
  • Skilled in delivering to testing savings targets and driving commercial value in a procurement function.
  • Ability to understand multiple areas within procurement and stakeholder management.
