Job Summary

A career opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Community Optometrist with a passion for Glaucoma care to join HealthHarmonie's team in delivering high-quality community outpatient eye services.

Main Responsibilities

As a Specialist Community Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with Glaucoma-related needs, including:

  • Dealing with patients requiring ocular refinement
  • Managing patients with Ocular Hypertension (OHT) and suspected Glaucoma
  • Providing care for minor eye conditions
  • Patient support and education

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSC in Optometry or equivalent qualification
  • Professional Diploma in Glaucoma or equivalent certification
  • IP Registered status
  • Professional/statutory registration
  • GOC Registered status

Experience

You will have experience working in a hospital setting or community-based environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 15-minute appointment slots.
