Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic individual to work as an Academic Learning Mentor in a mainstream secondary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, assisting with lesson planning, and supporting the development of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and support to students in English, Maths, and Science at KS3-5 level.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring a engaging and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support the development of pupils, focusing on educational and behavioral growth.
  • Prepare and maintain classroom resources, ensuring a well-organized and effective learning space.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents, promoting a collaborative approach to student development.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities, such as revision sessions, to support student success.

Working Arrangements:
