Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Kettering. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and assisting with loading/unloading and organizing stock within the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, assemble, pack, and label all assigned orders in accordance with operational processes, routines, and quality standards.
  • Break down pallets and reorganize stock.
  • Safely off-load containers and receive goods and supplies into the warehouse.
  • Place stock in designated locations or the 'order transit' area.
  • Perform all daily tasks specific to your role, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
  • Pick and pack orders correctly for dispatch.
  • Contribute to maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic and dedication to the job.
  • Good product knowledge (training will be provided).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
  • A team player who takes ownership and can work independently.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting up to 25kg.
