Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity at Club Health Ltd

Club Health Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in Chelsea and Notting Hill, London. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one rehabilitation sessions, developing personalized Plans of Care, and implementing new technology to enhance patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate personalized Plans of Care
  • Deliver one-on-one Rehab and Strength & Conditioning sessions
  • Implement new technology and software to enhance patient engagement
  • Review compliance and performance with the Clinical Director to determine support and training needs
  • Understand patients' symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals
  • Ensure consistent product delivery and customer experience
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, respecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Provide specialist advice on nutrition, exercise, equipment, sleeping habits, stress management, and more
  • Attract and retain clients, including leading corporate workshops
  • Strive to improve clinic standards and identify any risks
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
  • Support the development of clinic services/products
Requirements:
  • BSc in Sport Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning, or a related field
  • Professional membership (or ability to achieve) with BASRaT, BASES, UKSCA, NSCA, or related governing body
  • 2-3 years experience in programming and delivering one-on-one rehabilitation sessions
  • Ability to prepare and oversee Rehabilitation Training Plans
  • Understanding of clinical presentation, pathophysiology, and prognostic variables of common musculoskeletal injuries
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Appropriate liability insurance and a clean DBS
  • MSc in Sport Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning, Sports & Exercise Medicine, or a related field
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Russian, or Arabic

The successful candidate will be a specialist in their field, enthusiastic about teaching our unique brand of Strength, Conditioning, and Rehabilitation Training. All practitioners are expected to conduct high-quality, diverse personal training sessions.
