As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for owning the customer strategy (acquisition and retention), from planning through to evaluation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a comprehensive acquisition plan with all stakeholders, including third-party vendors
- Managing the customer database and ensuring its health and maintenance
- Collaborating with the Head of Marketing to build out seasonal communication plans that drive customer engagement
- Assessing the commercial benefits of implementing a loyalty program
- Providing actionable insights and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Executing lifecycle campaigns that drive customer retention and growth
- Identifying customer segmentation and developing targeted email and direct mail campaigns
