We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Investor Relations and Communications to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Executive Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with our company's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic investor relations plan that enhances our company's visibility and credibility with the investment community.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and functional heads to assist with specific IR activities and communications, including the preparation of SEC filings.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the company of investors' perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis.
- Partner with Business Development to execute research and analysis required for out and in license partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and other strategic initiatives.
- Support the preparation of SEC filings with the legal and accounting staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information about our company's performance and strategy.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required.
- Previous experience in banking or as a sell-side analyst is highly desirable.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Healthcare sector, pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting or financial modeling.
- Strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail and diligence in deadline-driven environment.
- Travel expected is 50%+.
