Estimator - Electrical and Fit-Out Specialist

Our client is a reputable Design & Build contractor with a dedicated electrical division, recognized for nearly two decades of excellence in the industry.

Position Overview - Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to enhance our client's growing commercial division. The ideal candidate will focus on pricing electrical projects while also addressing fit-out and refurbishment tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform take-offs from technical drawings and interpret specifications to align with project requirements.
  • Conduct site assessments to develop comprehensive scopes of work in collaboration with existing clients.
  • Define the technical specifications and assess the feasibility of various projects.
  • Engage with subcontractors to obtain quotations, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Prepare detailed electrical tender submissions ranging from £25k to £2m.
