About the Role
Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their rapidly expanding commercial division. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing electrical scopes and fit-out/refurbishment scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take offs from drawings, interpretation of specifications/drawings to project needs.
- Conducting site visits to create scopes of work with existing clients.
- Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project.
- Dealing with subcontractors for quotations and ensuring they meet project requirements.
- Production of electrical detailed tender bids between £25k-£2m.
