Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through various communication channels, providing tailored advice and recommendations based on their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Client Management Database, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Manage daily tasks effectively, seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of the sales process and apply this knowledge throughout all interactions.
  • Adhere to underwriting, regulatory, and insurer guidelines in all dealings.
  • Meet monthly and annual performance targets.
  • Deliver expert advice on high-value and complex insurance products, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients, utilizing the company's compliance systems.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide appropriate assistance or escalate issues as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service quality and foster sustainable business growth.
  • Draft clear and effective written communications, including emails and letters.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Address inquiries promptly, referring complex issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
