As Chief Product Officer , you will be at the core of Choco - developing the product that delivers value to our users. You will oversee execution across various teams, catering to diverse customer profiles across different regions. You will take full ownership of our product pipeline, ensuring consistent delivery. Your role will involve aligning our Engineering and Product Development teams to create a robust delivery force. User value will always be your top priority, and you will engage directly with our users to guide your intuition and that of your teams.

Collaborating closely with our CEO, you will shape our product vision and work alongside engineering and design teams to bring it to fruition. You will lead and motivate a team of skilled Product Managers and Designers, focusing on attracting, training, and retaining exceptional talent without compromise.

As a product-centric organization, we expect our Chief Product Officer to further enhance this focus. Your contribution will be crucial in determining whether we achieve our vision of a sustainable food system.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver value to our users consistently Attract, mentor, and develop top-tier Product Management talent Drive strategy, roadmap, and execution across all product lines Collaborate with the CEO on Product Vision Advocate for user value and understanding throughout the organization Establish clear priorities in partnership with regional leaders and senior management

Desired Qualifications

Proven leader with a track record of inspiring teams A genuine product enthusiast, well-versed in the latest technologies and products Strategic thinker who excels in execution, knowing when to apply each skill Experience in building world-class products in product-focused companies, preferably in B2B SaaS Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, always finding a path forward Strong product intuition backed by a sharp analytical mindset Previous end-to-end ownership of a product organization is ideal Experience in progressing from MVP to Product-Market Fit and General Availability multiple times Familiarity with AI, even in personal projects, is a plus B2B experience with an understanding of the intricacies of developing a suite of products for SMB and Enterprise clients, along with experience collaborating with international sales teams A humble, positive, team-oriented individual who values hard work and expects the same from others A leader who knows the names of every team member
