Travel Retail - Bobbi Brown - Retail Operations ManagerPosition Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Retail Operations Manager to oversee, mentor, and enhance our team of Sales Associates in achieving all sales, customer service, and operational objectives. Ideal candidates will possess demonstrated leadership, coaching, and business management expertise acquired in a dynamic retail setting.

This role presents a unique opportunity for you to take charge of your own retail environment. You will be fully responsible for devising and implementing a flexible business strategy aimed at attracting and retaining customers through targeted initiatives, impactful in-store activities, exceptional customer relationship management, and the guidance of a high-performing team.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant retail management, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Ability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and personalized customer service.
  • Prior experience in business strategy, including setting sales and customer service goals, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Experience in retail operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
  • Proven success in leading a team to meet sales and customer service objectives.
  • Experience in planning and executing in-store events.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; candidates must be able to demonstrate eligibility to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
