About the Role:

Hestia Housing Support is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Performance Monitoring Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's mission to provide essential services to vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the schedule of reporting/monitoring requirements to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, external partners, and funders to ensure seamless grant administration and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support fundraising and reporting efforts.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of activity, including on the Donorfy CRM database.
  • Track project outcomes and produce high-quality monitoring reports to inform future funding decisions.
  • Utilize MS Office software, particularly Word and Excel, to compile accurate project budgets and financial information.

Requirements:

  • Experience in tracking project outcomes and producing high-quality monitoring reports.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Numerate and confident in compiling accurate project budgets and financial information.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills related to fundraising.
