We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Service Executive to join our team at 3 Recruit Limited. As a Sales Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the profitable growth of our company by converting new equipment installs into service contracts and promoting the value of our service contracts to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain retention of existing profitable service contracts and support the service coordinator in renewal process.
- Secure profitable new service contracts from identified targets within the defined sales area.
- Promote and sell the complete range of service products.
- Review savings made by our customers, potential downtime avoided and the benefits of the service contract.
- Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, negotiations and activity in CRM as well as provide updated forecasts.
Requirements:
- Have previous experience in a field sales role working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Understand how a technical service department operates.
- Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving experience.
