We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Team at Staffordshire Police. As a key member of our in-house IT team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and expertise to our staff and front-line policing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to staff and front-line policing services via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve IT systems and processes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support IT operations
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 technical support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
