What is the role about?

Join our vibrant Retail team as a Retail Sales Leader, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. In this crucial role, you will assist the management team in ensuring that team members are inspired to meet targets and uphold a safe, efficient store environment.

What you'll be doing


• Delivering a premium, authentic, and personalized customer service experience that exceeds our customers' expectations


• Acting as a role model; inspiring and guiding your team with dedication, integrity, and genuine warmth


• Driving sales by monitoring the team's KPIs and leading by example with outstanding service


• Collaborating with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of the business plan is communicated throughout the team


• Providing in-depth knowledge of our brand and products to both customers and your team


• Actively engaging in and undertaking duties that support store operations


• Conducting team briefs and contributing to team meetings


• Assisting store management in team development initiatives
