We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Chef de Partie. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you'll be responsible for running a section confidently and to a high standard, adhering to company food hygiene and health & safety standards, and working closely with commis chefs to train and develop them.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone with a progressive background and a desire to push their capabilities to the limit. You'll be confident in running your section, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt. As a career-driven individual, you'll be passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Run a section confidently and to a high standard
  2. Adhere to company food hygiene and health & safety standards
  3. Work closely with commis chefs to train and develop them
  4. Contribute to menu development and daily specials
