We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Greene King, a leading hospitality company. As a Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Create and implement new menu items and specials that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in a senior culinary role, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and menu planning.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
