About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality fitness classes and personal training sessions to members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area and surrounding facilities
  • Assist with the induction and orientation of new members
Requirements
  • Personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and lead to exceptional member satisfaction
  • Solutions-oriented with an eye for spotting issues before they happen
  • Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues, and customers safe
