We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Domino Jewellery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and driving sales by promoting our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring interactions are logged and orders are placed correctly.
- Educate customers on product components and manufacturing suitability.
- Recognize buying signals and sell the benefits of purchasing from Domino.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Support sales representatives with ordering, questions, feedback, and product launches.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all key stakeholders are informed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer journey.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong emotional intelligence, including empathy, active listening, and self-awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Accurate and attentive to details.
- Passionate about customer service and takes ownership of customer interactions.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing production processes and stock control.
- Maths equivalent to GCSE C grade or above.
- Adept at using Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Jewellery product knowledge is an advantage.
