Position Overview

About the Role

We are in search of a Training Consultant to become a vital part of our Policy in Action (PIA) team. PIA provides program support, technical assistance, and training services to EU institutions and governmental entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering comprehensive training courses.
  • Coordinating various projects related to training initiatives.
  • Creating and developing educational content tailored to specific needs.
  • Contributing to capacity-building services across different sectors.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a University Degree or equivalent experience in fields such as education, sociology, or psychology, along with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Essential skills include:

  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.

Additional European language proficiency and training certifications will be considered advantageous.
