Job Title: Installation Engineer/ Operative

This is a full-time permanent mobile position in the Birmingham area, offering a competitive salary from £32,000 per annum, plus overtime and bonus scheme, with a realistic OTE up to £45,000.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Installation Engineer/Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 12v and 24v auto electrical systems, with experience working on commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service vehicle DVR camera systems, DVS systems, telematics units, and other aftermarket equipment fitted to 12v and 24v vehicles.
  • Liaise with customers on site, ensuring all interactions are professional and helpful.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures, and ensure accurate completion of job management systems.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in 12v and 24v auto electrics.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Auto electrical knowledge and experience working on commercial vehicles.
  • Logical approach to installing and fault-finding technical products.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to provide first-class customer service.
