About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team, responsible for building scalable and efficient backend systems using Laravel and PHP. As a senior engineer, you'll contribute to key architectural decisions, lead technical delivery, and mentor junior team members.

About Our Tech Stack

We use a cloud-native infrastructure, leveraging Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and Docker. Our tech stack includes Laravel 10, PHP 8.1, Redis, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. We operate in an agile environment, with a focus on test-driven development, peer review, and continuous integration.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement scalable backend systems using Laravel and PHP
  • Contribute to key architectural decisions and lead technical delivery
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
  • Experience with Laravel and PHP
  • Comfortable with testing and TDD best practices
  • Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps practices
