Our team is dedicated to assisting clients not only in managing the risks they encounter but also in proactively advancing their objectives.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Head of ERM & Analytics to identify, assess, and manage the organization's risk exposure, effectively communicating findings to management and the Board in accordance with the established Risk Management Framework.

Your responsibilities will include delivering the Internal Model validation, conducting the Own Risk & Solvency Assessment, and fulfilling other pertinent obligations under Solvency II. Additionally, you will provide analytical support to facilitate the formulation and implementation of the organization's strategy, emphasizing risk and quantitative analysis.

Utilizing your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with your comprehensive understanding of Solvency II regulations, you will work alongside the Head of ERM & Analytics to develop and integrate a robust enterprise-wide risk management framework that aligns with the Board-approved Risk Management Framework.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in the insurance or consultancy sectors, demonstrating the application of rigorous risk management practices with a commitment to timely and cost-effective delivery.

Furthermore, a solid understanding of actuarial methodologies and insights into the commercial factors influencing the insurance industry will be essential.
