Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to our client in their own home.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period, and we offer a competitive package including a company pension scheme, enhanced bank holiday payments, and annual leave.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing complex care and personal support to our client, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility support.

Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure
  • Full, UK driving licence
  • Complex care experience
  • Ability to commit to long-term care for one client in a person-centred way
  • Willingness to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs
