Compliance and Quality Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance and Quality Coordinator to join our team at The Fire Protection Association. As a key member of our quality management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain our document control system, ensuring quality change requests are accurately processed and filed.
- Work closely with HR to schedule and organize the Quality & Compliance induction process for new employees.
- Raise awareness and promote adherence to our Quality Management Systems in line with the Head of Quality and Compliance's communication plan.
- Organize and schedule external audit meetings, ensure key documentation is prepared, and attend meetings as needed.
- Coordinate and administer the internal audit program by booking appointments and preparing audit files.
- Manage the complaints process, ensuring all complaints are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner, updating the Head of Quality and Compliance regularly on the status of open complaints.
- Track and maintain records of non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventative measures, ensuring these are up-to-date for reporting purposes.
- Support supplier monitoring and customer feedback collection for reporting.
- Schedule management review meetings, prepare and distribute relevant documentation, and monitor document review cycles, ensuring timely updates are issued.
- Support the department with other ad hoc administrative tasks when the need arises to sustain quality and governance operations.

- Use of IT systems and software including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and survey management software.
- An interest in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 standard principles.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000.00 per year, as well as a range of benefits including company pension, cycle to work scheme, free parking, gym membership, health & wellbeing programme, on-site gym, on-site parking, private medical insurance, and sick pay.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, in our Moreton-In-Marsh Head Office.
