Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented Photographer to join our dynamic Marketing team at our headquarters. This role is essential in capturing high-quality images of Rohan and third-party apparel and accessories, primarily within a studio setting, while also engaging in location shoots as needed.


Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality and consistent product imagery.
- Lead local location shoots as required.
- Retouch, resize, and maintain our image library.
- Collaborate with Retail and Visual Merchandising teams to create in-store visuals.
- Interpret creative briefs to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Understand the customer journey to deliver an appropriate range of images.
- Act as a secondary photographer during location shoots, assisting freelance photographers and directing models.
- Oversee event photography and assist in creating product training videos.
- Ensure all images in the asset database meet quality standards.
- Manage model, stylist, and makeup artist bookings, ensuring all agreements are in place.


Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a consumer brand environment.
- At least one year of studio experience.
- Proficient in directing models and supporting team efforts during shoots.
- Skilled in Capture One, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Experience in creating digital assets for a multi-channel retailer.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.
